Creating a Development Culture

In the course of my HR mentoring and coaching assignments, i often share that the role of HOD and Managers goes beyond business. It includes creating and driving a conducive culture to engage your People through being the role Model of setting aside time to coach and guide the team, provide opportunity on special projects, listen and embrace new ideas and always give the team members the benefit of doubt to try out new way of work.
